Hi Steve
When I used the app, which was admittedly sometime ago, the graphic equaliser
function was not accessible so it wasn’t very easy to adjust the acoustic
profile of the headphones. This may have changed as I haven’t use these
headphones in awhile so obviously it’s a welcome improvement and I might give
these headphones another look in if I’m in the market for a new pair which
isn’t just yet :-)

Hi Sandra,
I spoke to someone today, who said the app was completely accessible on the
iPhone, so I don't get it.
I imagine you're using Android, so what were your problems with the app?
All the best
Steve

Hi Jacky,
Like you, I couldn't get on very well with the app at all and had to get a
pair of eyes to set it up for me. At least I don't have to mess with it
again now it's done. Just as a matter of interest, I also tried them on my
Victor Reader Trek and I was quite surprised at the sound they produced. I
think I'm right in saying you have a trek and if you do, give it a try and
see what you think.
Cheers,
Sandra.
