Hi   When you press the power button! Hold it in for a few seconds when
powering up   A light should flash to tell you that it's ready for pairing

Jackie,
Why not try rebooting your iphone by holding the home and power button for
ten seconds to see if that will help.  It might not but worth a try!

Kind regards,

Hi Eleanor

I just can't pair it, simple as that.  I have never really had an issue with
pairing devices, you just ...  pair them! (smile.)  When you first power it,
is there something you press to pair it with your device?  If so, which
button do you press?

Ali provided a brilliant link to the manual, but it doesn't actually tell
you which button to press to pair, unless there is a visual diagram.

Kind Regards,

Jackie Brown

that is very interesting Jackie because I am trying to pack two devices and
I have successfully paired my iPhone 5s but I cannot pair my iPhone 6.

I have purchased the popular Sony headset people have been discussing,
but I can't seem to pair it with my iPhone 6 for some strange reason.
It appears to be charged, and if I press and hold a small button
adjacent to the USB socket, it plays a tune as if to indicate it is
on.  This is then followed by several little bleeps, but nothing comes up
on my phone under Bluetooth.
Is there something I need to do to pair it and, if so, what button is
it as the only other obvious contender is a button above the up and down
volume.
I have tried scanning the destructions, but have come across lots of
diagrams and foreign languages!!

If anyone with this headset could give me a pointer, that would be
most helpful, thanks.
