Eleanor,
*You first need to unpaire your headphone with the device that it is paired
with.
*You then need to put your headphone on multi-device mode., turn on the
headphone, and press power button and the volume up buttons at the same time
about 8 seconds, which should turn it on the multi-device mode.
*Then search and pair it with your first device.
*Then, you need to turn the headphone off. Whilst it is turned off, press
the power button about 10 second which will put it in the Bluetooth search
mode.
*Then on your second device, search for the headphone and pair it.
*Then, you need to go back to your first device and re-connect by simply
entering on the sony icon in the Bluetooth section.
I have successfully paired my Iphone 6s and Windows 10 running jaws. Each
time Jaws speaks, the headphone is taken over by the windows, whenever I use
the phone, voiceover takes it over. It is quite good actually.
Thank you
Ali

on the subject of these headphones I cannot work hours which button to press
in order that they will connect with two devices. I know somebody did send a
link to describe the procedure but I felt it was a very visual description.

Good morning Jackie,
Have a look at the link below, it is the manual to it.
I am not sure which button you are referring to, but, the Bluetooth
button is the flat-surfaced button after the audio jack.

I have purchased the popular Sony headset people have been discussing,
but I can't seem to pair it with my iPhone 6 for some strange reason.
It appears to be charged, and if I press and hold a small button
adjacent to the USB socket, it plays a tune as if to indicate it is
on. This is then followed by several little bleeps, but nothing comes up
Is there something I need to do to pair it and, if so, what button isvolume.

If anyone with this headset could give me a pointer, that would be
