Hello Mo

I have tried switch cleaner but no luck. The knob is definitely loose. I'll let you know if I can't find anyone.

Best wishes

Hi Mike.

Hmm, sounds like it could do with some switch cleaner on it or it could be a loose or dry joint. Ideally it needs an electrition to carry out the work, it should be a quick job really. My grand father's an electrition so if noone else takes on the task, let me know and I'll drop him a note to see if he'll take on the task. we'll be able to send you a prepaid label etc to book it in for repair.

all the best,

Mo.

Hello Mo

The volume knob is loose and the sound cuts out at certain points. It works alright if I keep an elastic band around it but that is a nuisance.
