questions you may have. I would receive that email much faster than
this one as I'm on the digest mode here. Now for the solution to your
situation.
For some reason, your player is probably now showing you just
playlists instead of supported files. Just follow the below
directions to address this situation.
01. Navigate to files and hold down select until the menu pops up.
02. Highlight show files and click select.
03. Highlight supported and click select.
04. Click the left button until you return to the main menu.
If you don't know which buttons are which, just refer to the
Quick-Start Guide which can be found in the Manuals folder.
BTW, I much prefer the Clip+ over the Fuze any day, not because the
Fuze is a tad clunky as you put it, but I just find the Clip+ much
easier to use.

I have a Sonsa Fuse I got from "Accessible electronics" some

months ago, Apart from being a tad clunky in its operation

worked fine. However...! when I plug into my laptop it
merrily tells
me that in "My Music" I have various folders and files
containing my
music tracks. But when I try to listen to anything "My
Music" doesn't
seem to exist in the "Files" folder. So, in short, I have a
lot of
music on the device, but I can't listen to it!
Any ideas please?!
