The priority mail shipping cost from the UK to the US might be $30
unless you chose first class mail which is less. As far as import
fees, I believe you're referring to customs fees, those are figured on
the cost of the items being shipped into the US and normally
overloooked when the package is marked as adaptive equipment for the
blind here in the US. you would have saved at least $40 depending on
which shipment method you chose, if you had ordered it from Steve's
company. I was actually shocked to hear that the blind mice are
needlessly charging so much more for the same product. Some folks may
refer to that as gouging even though that word is tossed around a bit
too loosely nowadays. But, there you have it.

translates to only $66.39 USD... Sounds like the blindmice shop is
overcharging customers if it's being sold for $139...
