Hi

I have two identical laptops, one is constantly shutting
itself off, it has 512 mb ram, 2.8 gb processor, 40 gig hard
drive, it has the same spec as the other one, the other one
works ok. Can somebody please perhaps suggest reasons why
this laptop is behaving like this? Its very frustrating when
it does this as you could be on line doing something and
after ten minutes it turns off, it also over heats I think.
Once you have rebooted it, it turns off again ten minutes
later. Please could some one help. This is mum's computer
and she like me is frustrated with it. Also the battery
doesn't charge up, even though it's a brand new battery.

Regards

Adrien
