Hi all.

I decided to purchase Reg cure on Monday.

When I did get my licence code I couldn't enter it, and still can't. The
text field appears not to be usable with either Jaws or Window Eyes.

I immediately sent a polite support email off and requested a full refund
under accessibility terms.

I did pay for it using Pay Pal so that gives me another avenue of recorse.
I'm wondering though does anyone know if this company would be covered under
the DDA,

Basically I'm looking a way I can get my money back because I can't use the
software I payed for because of poor design.

I haven't heard anything from them yet, and it's quite frustrating not being
able to use this thing I payed for.

It's an internet download so it's not like I can return the CD and ask for a
refund.

Anyone know where I stand? I really dont' want to be out 30 quid for
nothing here.
Cheers
Dj Paddy
