I believe that the next upgrade of IOS includes using the phone to enhance
hearing.

what worries me is that you buy this device but you also need a sat nav to
know which street you are on.  it is okay for those people who don't use a
hearing aid but if you do you haven't got a speakewr you can clip on your
strap and it is pointless waring headphones.  Oh well just grousing again.
