I'm using the same ISP as both of you, but, although I seem to have had the
same experience as you both describe, it's only occasional.
The other experience that sometimes happens is that a message can be
duplicated if I close and restart outlook, but like the other issue, for me,
it's only occasional.

Internet too so it must be something their end.
