Hi Eleanor,
My e-mail re pricing was talking about IMPlus, not IMPlus for Skype. I have
tried IMPlus for Skype, the quality was relatively similar to the quality of
Fring, and I was not impressed with the way they have setup Skype calling.
Basically, you call someone, and your phone sends a message to Skype telling it
to call your phone number. Then, your phone number is forwarded to the Skype ID
of the person you want to call. Thus, for one thing the cost is quite high as a
consequence, and the audio is transcoded a couple of times before it reaches
you. Add this to the fact that you've already paid for the product, and you get
a pretty shoddy software sollution!
