AD is not available on any on-demand sky streaming services including Sky Go or
Now TV. The only way to get AD on sky is to watch during live transmission and
whether the film will carry AD should be highlighted in the on screen guide or
the accessible TV guide found at www.sky.com/accessibility.

Hi all,
I trust you are all well.
Secondly I have a question re Sky go app. I am borrowing my sister's log-in
details to watch Harry Potter with ad.
However we can't get the ad on the programme despite the ad being turned on my
iPad.
when we looked on sky site it stated that the sky Q box would need the ad
turned on to work within the app. However my sister and brother-inlaw are fully
sighted and don't want the ad.
Is there a way for the ad to just come on when I watch a program on sky go app.
Also does anyone know where all harry potter films with ad have looked on
iTunes but there £8 each which seems a bit much for one film.
Any ideas?
