Isn't this a list more for questions relating to accessibility issues rather than general technical support questions. We could get inundated with emails if not. As a blind person your as capable of following the usual technical support avenues i.e. phoning sky, using the internet etc as anyone else.

Works for me

Hello all.
I tried to access my Voicemail. When I dialled 1571 it was ringing instead of answering straight away. Anyone having problems with Sky in your area today due to the weather? I do not think I am but maybe the voicemail is ringing because of a problem at Sky's end. Everything else seems to be working though.
Please advise.
Many thanks.
Take care.
