Couldn't agree more! I've just looked at the site and it is ridiculous! I've
rang today myself and made some comments which the woman at the Disability
helpline said she'd pass onto her managers.
We have to collectively stand up to this with as many people as possible
actually contacting them and making their feelings known.

As Steve has said, we really should take 10 minutes out of our day to contact
them through their feedback form to let them know how disappointed we are in
this latest incarnation of the site.
I dropped them a line or two last night to express my views, and I now await
with interest their reply!
