Hi Steve.
I've been advised that probably the reason I can't stream properly on my iPhone
or 'bellllllerathdblbth^"er^through^^^^_er^iPad is because they need to be
connected to the Q box and a bluetooth. I'm trying this with the miniBox but
it's not showing up. Do I have to press something on the box or remote or does
it have to be paired with the main box?
Mandy.

Hi Mandy,
They will send you a second remote for a mini box, they did me.
No, the top episode is always the oldest.
If you are getting errors when trying to stream episodes to your phone or
tablet, it's probably a wi-fi issue. I can stream to both Android and iOS
without issue. I can also download them for offline listening if I want.
All the best
Steve

Hi Steve.
That clears up how to play all the episodes in a serious although I thought
you said selecting the first time plays the most recent episode but
explaining how to get to the next episode after deleting has made that
clear.
What I was saying about series links I realise I was being a bit thick.
I still want this thing about playing recordings on the phone or iPad
clarified. When i look for a recording, one option is to play it but if I
do it brings up an error. So can you only play recordings via the iPhone or
iPad by downloading them?
I think they've already started naming the channels in the TV guide which
is great.
We have a mini box as well would they send us another accessible remote for
that or would we have to pay for a second one?
Mandy.

Hi mandy,
Series links are stacked. That is to say you get Emerdale but not a
particular episode, the whole series.
So if Emerdale is your third program down and you have several in a
stack, just move across three times after pressing the TV guide, then
You'll get nothing. Then press Select again and you will play themarked
oldest episode of the series.
When you've finished, press the Back button, then right once then
select, it will delete that episode. Press left once and you'll play
the next episode after pressing select, because you're still in the
series stack, unless you press Back twice to get out of it.
Make sense?
So are you saying it doesn't keep your series links?
All the best
Steve

Hi All.
We are getting to grips with Q although I have deleted a couple of
things by mistake but luckily a friend retrieved them for me.
So two questions: should I be able to play a recording using the
iPhone or iPad without downloading because when I do it always starts
then says there's a problem with my connection and gives an error code.
If I have six episodes of Emmerdale, say, do I press select that
number of times to get the earliest one?
Lastly, when I look in the TV guide I see that things I've marked as
series-linked do not say that say, a week later. Surely once I've
something series-linked it this record it no matter what day or week** To leave the list, click on the immediately-following link:-
it's on.
Happy Easter to all and sorry for going on and on.
