I've just taken delivery of the handy remote control for my new Sky Q. Does
anyone know where I may be able to get instructions on what commands to use
to operate the Sky box? #For example, I know how to change channels, but
what do you say to change the volume? When we said 'Volume 1', it showed
onscreen details of volume 1 of a boxed set of porn! Also, apart from
changing channels an voices, of course I would like to know what else you
can tell it to do, such as record or play back an individual programme or
series. The lady I spoke to on the accessibility help desk didn't seem to
know where I would get instructions for the remote.
