Hi All.
Last night I installed the latest software update on both my iPhone and iPad.
IOS10.3.1 and checked out the Sky Pluss app assuming that it would now work.
Alas, this is not so. The TV guide woks but nothing on the planner.
We are having Sky Q installed today so I left a lot of programmes in "viewed"
and cannot access them at all.
I phoned the Sky Accessability line and told them that I phoned regarding this
last week and also that a friend who reported the problem to sky was told they
had received no complaints and that they need at least five to do something
about it.
The lady I spoke to this morning said she has registered it again and also sent
an email.
I don't know where people go from here - obviously from today I won't be able
to report progress on this issue as I will no longer be using SkyPlus.
