[access-uk] Sky! Now what?

Hi all.
Just got Sky today and don't have a clue. When I turn the TV on and press
the button on the remote, I get some kind of Introduction audio telling me
how to use the remote. So I'm up and running. Now what? Anyone know of
what to do next. Is there a list to assist me? Or can anyone give me some
advise as to how to get started. Pauline will sit with me tonight and read
out the Remote, I hope, but it all looks a bit complicated. Can't wait for
all the good telly over the weekend, but God knows if I can operate it. Any
advise would be very welcomed. Best wishes. Andy
