Hi, Press the control, shift key and pres the f 12 key quickly twice and it
will say that the contacts will not be announced when they sign in. Do exacly
the same thing to reverse it back.

    hi all

Does anyone know if it is possible to turn off the sound in MSN Messenger
7.5 which plays when a contact signs in, without turning off the sound you hear
when they send you a message? I looked in the options and for some reason
these two sounds appear to be controlled by the same setting. I could work
around this by creating a silent .wav file, but was just wondering if there's a
proper way to do it.

    Thanks

    James
