Hi, Press the control, shift key and pres the f 12 key quickly twice and it
will say that the contacts will not be announced when they sign in. Do exacly
the same thing to reverse it back.

Subject: [access-uk] Signing in sound on MsN messenger

  hi all

Does anyone know if it is possible to turn off the sound in MSN Messenger 7.5
which plays when a contact signs in, without turning off the sound you hear
when they send you a message? I looked in the options and for some reason
these two sounds appear to be controlled by the same setting. I could work
around this by creating a silent .wav file, but was just wondering if there's a
proper way to do it.

  Thanks

  James
