[access-uk] Shutting Down the Computer

Hello, Folks
First of all, I am wanting to record a program between 10 pm and 12
midnight. This is no problem as I have the software to do this.
However, I am wondering if anyone knows of a program or procedure which I
could use to shut down the computer completely after the program has
finished.
I don't want to leave the computer running overnight, and also don't
particularly want to get out of bed to come down and turn it off.
