hello darran,
are you sure the item is available on line and not an in store purchase
only.
i ask this because i get regular email offers from richer sounds and find
it stupid that quite often i have found an item i would like to buy only to
find i can't add it to my basket although there is a button that would
indicate that you can buy it only to find when i read everything about the
item it tells you it's an in store purchase only.
