Hi Alison
I do understand as I still buy the occasional cd but needed, for several
reasons, to break away from the number I would buy on a regular basis. The
technology has also been a big factor in my change of habit as I use my iPhone
as the controller of my music system. Like you, discovering new music by
artists I know something of or ones recommended to me is so easy and
constructing playlists of favourite tracks is great.
Mike, if I sang to Siri he'd soon ask me to stop. I can't answer your other
question as I don't know anything of Amazon Prime.

Hello Dave
I’m still old-fashioned enough in that if there is a CD I want, I still
prefer to have a hard copy sitting on the shelf! I do download music but just
odd tracks – probably no more than ten or so a year so paying £10 a month for
Apple Music or Spotify probably isn’t the best road for me to go down.
However, I have found Spotify really useful already and discovered music by
favourite artists I wasn’t aware of and am creating a Spotify Playlist but
still have eto learn about its other features.
