Thank you for your message.

The reason I am questioning the e-mail scanner is that initially I thought it was working, but having looked in the pop3 settings only Outlook is showing as a client. I have added the Outlook Express file that Martin Wilsher suggested I add in an earlier message on this thread and I'll see what happens when I've got that et up correctly.
