Hi,
Go to Settings, then System, then Advanced, then Backup and Reset, then Reset
All. He will have to confirm this, but you can do it yourself without sight.
I think that's right, Samsung screens may be a little different, but that's the
Android way of doing it.
All the best
Steve

Subject: [access-uk] Setting phone back to factory settings
Hi List
My son has a Samsung Galaxy mobile phone and intends selling it to a friend.
How does he put it back to factory settings, can he do the job himself or does
it need a specialist to carry out the task?
