Hi Steve

I can't recall the model of Senheiser wireless headphones I have, but they
may be the type of thing you are after.

On the charger there is a twin metal bar which points up at a forward angle
and curves over towards the back in a kind of U shape at the top.

On the underside of the head band there are three foam rubber pads with a
gap either side of the middle pad where there is a metal strip.

To charge the headphones, place the middle foam rubber pad between the
U-shape bars where they will make contact with the two metal strips on the
headband. This can be done one-handed with no difficulty.

There is an on-off switch which should be switched to off for charging. If
left on, and there is no sound signal through the headphones after about a
minute or so, you will hear a hiss, something like an f m receiver which is
tuned off station. This is a good reminder should you forget to switch them
off.

Regards

Gordon Atkinson

Subject: [access-uk] Senheiser wireless headphones

From earlier discussions on this list, I understand that several members are
using Senheiser wireless headphones and that they are particularly easy to
place correctly on the charging unit, which is shaped like a T-bar.
I wonder if some members could comment on this feature, particularly as I
will have to place them on the charger using one hand only, and as a total,
I won't be able to see any LED's changing colour.

Finally, does it matter if I forget to switch them off before placing them
on the charger?

I'd really appreciate it if respondents sent a little more than a one word
answer, particularly describing the way the headphones mate with the
charger, as I would like to buy them mail order and don't want to make an
expensive mistake.

Thanks to all in advance.
