Hi Steve. The Senne Heiser wireless headphones can be a little awkward to place on the charging unit. My AKG RF wireless headphones although a little heavier on the head are much easier to connect. The charging unit is flat and would be easier using one hand. You plug them into the mains and then into the speaker socket on your computer. There is a small connecting lead from the phones to the charger. I have three of these phones so I always have one pair which is fully charged. Mine came from Tapesense and one pair from the re-cycle list. Tapesense are not selling them now, but they are having some Senne Heiser ones in later this year.
