Ray - I changed my send settings in OE to HTML, then chose pictures from the attachments menu, and my Machine seemed to freeze! Just go to the insert menu and go down to p[pictures and enter on that. A dialogue comes up asking for the location to import from and I believe there is a browse button to facilitate you doing that. I am pretty sure you have to be in rich text or HTML format to send pictures, although I am prepared to be corrected over that. You could simply cut and paste a picture into Outlook Express in the main composition window. HtH.
