Ray - I changed my send settings in OE to HTML, then chose pictures from the 
attachments menu, and my Machine seemed to freeze!

  Yes Andy, sending pictures in Outlook Express is quite easy. Just go to the 
insert menu and go down to p[pictures and enter on that.  A dialogue comes up 
asking for the location to import from and I believe there is a browse button 
to facilitate you doing that.

  I am pretty sure you have to be in rich text or HTML format to send pictures, 
although I am prepared to be corrected over that.  You could simply cut and 
paste a picture into Outlook Express in the main composition window.
