Subject: [access-uk] Selecting text to copy and paste from a website using
supernova

I want to copy and paste some recipes from a website in to a word doc or e mail, how do I do it? in a word doc or e mail I'd use the cursor keys and the shift key, is the idea the same when doing it from a website?
Thanks
