Hi Sween,

I posted that message here on access-uk on Sat evening, LOL! Here it is again:

Press WinKey+R, type control into the edit field, and press Enter.
When the folder opens, navigate your way to Windows Update and press
Enter.

When the Windows Update control panel opens, tab several times until
you hear X Important Updates Are Available. Press Space and you'll be
taken to a list of updates. Use up and down arrow to move through the
list. Tab once to move from the currently selected update to the
self-explanatory More Info button. The checkboxes for important
updates are ticked by default. Untick the ones you don't want. Tab
down to the OK button and press Space.

You should be back in the control panel on the Install Updates
button. Press Shift+Tab once to land on the Y Optional Updates Are
Available button. Press Space to see list. Items in this list are
not checked by default. Tick the ones you want and click on OK. This
time, Install Updates by pressing Space.

Good luck!

John
