Hi Jo,
Yes it’s the back camera I’ve been using. Do you have to do anything specific
to enable the front one or does it activate automatically? Also where is the
front one?
I just can’t get it to make sense of anything at all and neither can Char and
you can imagine her patience with that one! 😊

I can’t understand how you are having problems with it. Are you using the back
camera? I would think the curtain has to be off but I never use it so am
unsure on that.
I didn’t know what some of my shopping was yesterday and just hovered it over
the boxes and it read out what they were.
Do you just have it on the short text. If you flick up and want it to read
handwriting you have to actually take a picture but you don’t have to on the
short text.

Subject: [access-uk] Seeing Ai App
Hi,
Is there anyone out there please who can give my partner and I some advice on
how to use this app? We have heard so many great things about it but neither
of us can get it to read what we want it to. At the moment we are in a
position of wanting to identify some of the things that are in our fridge and
freezer! It’s probably something to do with how we’re holding the camera! One
thing I wondered. Does it matter whether the screen curtain is on or off?
It’s so frustrating!
Many thanks,
Andrew
