firstly if your having problems with the remote, here is what it says in the
manual.
Remote pairing
Having trouble with your remote? First, remove and reinsert
the batteries in your remote. The remote should automatically pair
with your device. If your remote isnt discovered, press the Home
button for at least 10 seconds.
regarding the audio description, turning on the description for netflix wont
make prime automatically use the same.
what you need to do is play something on prime that you know for sure has audio
description, like the series Jack Ryan.
when it is playing press the menu button, go down to the audio sub menu, press
ok on it and then cursor down to find audio description.
press ok on the audio description selection and then back out to the video
playback and you will have the audio description speaking.
this will now stay turned on until you go back in and change it.
if you play something that you think has audio description but you can't hear
it then it's probably because the audio description isn't available in the UK.
for some reason the audio description isn't always available in the UK despite
it being there for people in some other countries and vise verser sometimes you
can get it in this country while others can't.
