OK I use Supernova too and that was why I asked. Had a feeling you used it. I just wondered if you might have somehow accidentally altered a setting. I know I did this morning I accidentally pressed a key combination which brought me jin to key explore mode and I could not get out of it, even asking dolphin so I had to re-start the computer and then it worked fine. ----- Original Message ----- From: "roger south" <roger.south@xxxxxxxxxx>

I use Supernova but it has no relevance to that it's when I hit the up and down line/page keys. The mouse works just fine.

You do not say what screen reader you are using and when you say scroll do you mean using a mouse or the arrow keys? ----- Original Message ----- From: "roger south" <roger.south@xxxxxxxxxx>

I'm using XP Home with Outlook Express. Over the last 2/3 days I seem to have lost the ability to scroll up and down opened emails. Nothing else seems to have been affected just OE.

Is there a check box or similar that needs reversing? Any help will be much appreciated.

Many thanks

Roger
