Hi again Andy.

On my computer, and by the way, I have High Contrast number 2 selected as
I'm very photo-sensitive, I have 600 by 800 selected.

When I press tab to get to this setting, jaws announces
"Screen Resolution Left Right Slider Zero percent 800 by 600 pixels"
If I press the right arrow key once, jaws announces
"20 percent 1024 by 768 pixels."
If I press it again, jaws announces,
"40 percent 1152 by 864 pixels"
If I press it again, jaws announces,
"60 percent 1280 by 768 pixels"
If I press it again, jaws announces,
"80 percent 1280 by 960 pixels",
and finally, again, jaws announces,
"100 percent 1280 by 1024 pixels."

If I arrow back to 0 percent 800 by 600, then press the tab key once. Jaws
announces,
"Colour quality more combo box Highest (32 bit ) 2 of 2.
If I up arrow once, jaws announces,
""Medium (16 bit)

If I press tab again, after returning to 32 bit, jaws announces,
"Identify",
Tab again and jaws announces,
"Trouble Shoot"
and finally again, jaws announces,
""Advanced

I don't know what Identify means, so I'll not click on it in case I end up
in trouble.
The Trouble Shoot is self explanatory. and the Advanced is about changing
plug and play settings. I can go in here to check it if you fancy, but I
doubt that you went in there.

Get back to me if the above does not help you and I'll try writing up a step
by step.

Best wishes.
Andy
