I have only used the scanner with ABBYY FR.

Yes, I did make a comment about PB.
In view of my more pressing  issues of commissioning a new
desktop PC, I am afraid that the PB issue is on one side at
present.

Thanks David, I stand corrected then.  I'm trying hard not
to be tempted by this scanner as mine is working fine.

Out of interest though, does it work with the latest version
of both K1000 and Open Book?

By the way, as it was you asking on this list last week
about your PowerBraille display, I got mine back from Dave
Godfrey today, and it's working a treat.  As I suspected, it
wasn't a JAWS issue, but rather had something pushed down
inside that stopped it working properly.  And it was
reasonably priced to have sorted, so I'm chuffed to little
mintballs.
