[access-uk] Saving settings in windows 7 Control Panel

Hello everyone,

I am running Windows 7 Home Premium on my HP laptop and wish to lower the 
brightness of the screen to conserve battery power.  I change the setting but 
every time I reboot it hasn't been saved.  There isn't an ok button to save it 
as the default setting.  How do you save any changes?  thanks in advance for 
your help.
