Mandy, If you are saving a file within Kerzwell, shift tab back to the field that reads, the selected folder is General. Select the down arrow key and keep on pressing the letter M until you hear ... My Documents. Hit enter and you can save here. Within this folder you should see your general folder. Just enter this folder and copy your files and backspace back to the My Documents folder and paste.
