Mandy,
If you are saving a file within Kerzwell, shift tab back to the field that
reads, the selected folder is General. Select the down arrow key and keep
on pressing the letter M until you hear ... My Documents. Hit enter and you
can save here.

Hi Mandy,
I use K1000 version 11, but I don't think the version will make a
difference if earlier versions of Kerzwell uses the My Documents folder
Within this folder, look for a folder called Kurzweil Educational Systems.
Within this folder you should see your general folder. Just enter this
folder and copy your files and backspace back to the My Documents folder and
paste.

I've scanned some documents for my Samaritans course and they're saved in
the "general" folder of Kurzweil but I want to save them in "my documents""
so that they can then be sent to a different computer by email how do I get
them from General in Kurzweil to My documents please?
Can we have a step-by-step instruction?

Mandy.
