John, I’ve got the lexmark mfp and I try to scan books in and don’t
have hardly any success with it so this is why I’m looking at this
machine.

Hi Andrew, you don't need to spend an arm and a leg on special access tech
stuff to read print. All you need is a scanner. You can get a USB scanner,
such as the Canon LiDE 210 for 60 quid or so. If you go down the access tech
route it'll cost you hundreds to do the same thing. Ok,

So what is the price of one of these machines? will it read stuff on
glossy paper also? will I be able to read my bank statements on it? I
mainly would like this for reading gardening books, would it ignore the
graphic? Is there any thing this machine will not read? I think I shall
get one as long as all my questions are answered.
