No disputing what you're saying but have you tried contacting Tech Support?
All manufacturers I've ever dealt with always have service manuals and
documentation in raw format. After all, it's how the flash was created in
the first place. It may mean going through some hoops, but is usually worth
it in the end.
BTW, a trick for awkward PDF files is often to find them in Google and use
the din built HTML viewing option.

Hi Kevin.
Unless things have changed recently, the only manual ever produced for the
Samsung netbook range in an accessible format was the NC10 manual which was
in PDF. All the other Samsung netbook and notebook products user manuals
are in self contained flash files which are totally inaccessible by the
blind user.

there should be a pdf manual. at least the nc10 had one. so i don't see
why your netbook shouldn't have one.

manual. Downloaded a flash manual that was completely unuseable. Did I
