I am not sure that all Samsung models support Voice Guide but maybe this has
changed?
Regarding external apps, I don't think the majority of them work at all.
What I do is use my iPhone for things like the iPlayer, ITV Hub etc. I am
not a Netflix customer so can't comment, but I have a feeling it won't work
with Voice Guide either.

Hi
I realise this has been covered before but hope someone can advise.
I am interested in purchasing a Samsung TV model UE50TO7000. There are a
couple of questions before I proceed.
Although it does not call it Voice Assistant in the description, I gather
all new TVs do have this function. Secondly, how does the Voice Assistant
deal with apps such as Netflix, Disney + etc?
I hope someone can advise shortly as Richer Sounds have this on sale this
weekend.
I also found out something from @Richer that Blind, Visually Impaired and
other disabled get free delivery.
