[access-uk] Samsung NC10 advice wanted

Hi Scott

The only software I uninstalled  was McAfee and WinCom Bluetooth.  I
shut up the Samsung backup reminder by doing the backup, and I haven't
had any hassle from there since.

I keep getting it trying to do Samsung updates and the start up is slow.
