[access-uk] SYSTEM FILE CHECKER

Hi All,
I had cause the other day to havde to run System File Checker which got me
out of a real hole. Now everything's working fine, with the except of OE
which is another problem requiring another solution . . .. I'm just
interested to know if, in running this, I now may have difficulties with
other programmes I have on my system. I haven't yet had opportunity to try
them out but want to make an informed decision as to whether I'd be best to
opt for a complete reinstall of XP. I don't want to do this if I can avoid
it, having not yet purchased the image software discussed on here recently.
