Hi Bill,
The data cable is the same as the charger cable. If the data cable you
have is not charging then it could be that the cable is broken, the plug
is not working or something up with the Stream itself. The cable you
need is a standard USB cable which most mobile phones use.

any usb lead, you can get one for a few pounds on amazon.
