Hi Carol
if you haven't already, i would suggest you try using addaware. In my
opinion, it is much easier to use with a screen reader, there are
scriptsavailable for it which make it really easy to use with jaws, (if
you
are using jaws of course). I always find spybot more of a challenge to
use.
