Hi Wendy, From the start menu, find internet explorer. When you land on it touch the Shift key plus the F10 key. This will bring up a secondary pull down menu. From this menu select Properties. You can create a shortcut in this window. It isn't a real problem, as pressing windows key, P and I launches it ok, but I usually prefer to launch things from the desktop. Looking through programs on the start menu, I can't find a way to send a shortcut to the desktop. Pressing the applications key does nothing, and if you press alt that just takes you away from the start menu. I should know this, as I have been using JAWS for years, but could some kind soul remind me how to create a desktop shortcut for any program. Many thanks.
