Having tried the 10 minute demo I decided to sign up for a trial account. All went well until it told me that someone else already had the same telephone number as myself. This seemed highly unlikely, but on thinking about it I remember that I did try Freedom Box a long time ago, but decided that I did not need most of the features although I was quite impressed with System Access. And my log in details were on an old computer and no longer available. Clearly the Serotec servers have a long memory. Short of moving house or changing my phone number I seem to be shut out. Any ideas? Although I am a long term Hal user I thought it was a good opportunity to evaluating SA in some difficult areas.
