[access-uk] Ribbons (was MS Word 2013)

I use ribbons very simply, perhaps too simply, I don't know.

Alt, then right arrow through the items on the upper ribbon. When I hear
something I want to explore further, I hit down arrow, then right arrow again
to browse the items on the lower ribbon. Then hit enter when I find the one I'm
looking for. If it brings up a listit's down arrow to find the option I need. I
no longer consider them a disgrace of the first order. They're just a pain in
the butt...that is, butt why did they bother?

Clive
