Just thought some of you might be interested in this:
Nuance Communications have a press release for the upcoming version 5 of
their Nuance Talks screen reader product for cell phones:

Click on the News Link and the press release is currently the second entry
down.
for those wondering I'd expect dealers to have initial access to it
tomorrow, although I can't speak for those in the UK as in my experience
they have always been slower to get products in (note this is just my
observation and in no way a general statement).
I'll be getting in touch with contacts in the States after sending this
e-mail and those in Europe early tomorrow morning to see if I can't
get my hands on a copy.
