This is exactly the issue I am having, Jackie. It is a relief to know I am
not alone (smile)!

Hi Alison
No, this often happens when I use control with R to reply to messages using
Office 365 and the latest JAWS 2018 release. It's been going on for some
time. Another issue I have is when replying to a message, I sometimes get a
message to the effect that Quick Nav keys are turned on. So, for example,
if I write Hi someone, it thinks I am trying to look for a heading. If I
use insert with Z to turn off the Quick Nav keys I didn't turn on in the
first place, all is well again.
Strange!
Kind regards,
Jackie Brown

Mostly, when replying to messages, I use control r, the shortcut for "reply
to"; however, often this doesn't work and I have to use alt l instead, the
shortcut for "reply to all". I also fancy that when using either of these,
my pc is slower than it used to be before presenting the blank page for me
to respond on.
Am I the only one who has this issue?
