I don't see the lag, just the problem of not being able to use control with
R unless I reboot JAWS.

Hi Alison,

I can honestly say I never see any lag when doing Control+R, and it always
works for me.

All the best

Steve

Subject: [access-uk] Replying to messages with Office 365

Mostly, when replying to messages, I use control r, the shortcut for "reply
to"; however, often this doesn't work and I have to use alt l instead, the
shortcut for "reply to all". I also fancy that when using either of these,
my pc is slower than it used to be before presenting the blank page for me
to respond on.

Am I the only one who has this issue?

Alison
